I am a 23 yr old semi-pro freelance photographer, currently based between Henley-on-Thames and the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire.
After graduating with a 2:1 at the prestigious Arts Institute at Bournemouth, I decided to pursue freelance photography in the genres of weddings, portraiture & life style photography. Although I still continue to produce work in my own personal style.
My degree was fine art based where I learnt how to conceptualise photographs for exhibition & book based work but my preferences soon shifted towards people photography.
With preferences for natural light and settings I used my friends and family to sit for me and eventually I was asked to photograph their weddings & family portraits.
This gave me the experience and confidence to advertise to do so and I have been gaining commissions ever since.
With background work as a nanny I photograph children & families particularly well. I always aim to create a relaxed and natural environment to get the perfect family portrait.
